included a large 75-foot by 95-foot
clear span canopy, structural
steel framing, unique handrails
and exposed structural steel clock

- General Contractor Division
Martin Iron Works furnished and
installed all the structural steel,
scoreboard laced columns, batter's
eye framing, miles of handrails,
guardrails, metal deck, foul-ball
screens, and fencing and gates.
That added up to 912 tons of steel. |

9.5 million pounds of rebar was
used to create a below ground
level railway through the middle
of downtown Reno. Many skeptics
thought this project to be impossible,
